1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our game, Deep Sea Command, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the game.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.

Furthermore, you agree to choose a username that is not offensive, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by our moderation systems and staff. Usernames found to be in violation of this policy may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the game without prior notice.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of inappropriate usernames as outlined in the User Conduct section.
